Order Processing & Fulfilment
Once purchased, our team will start working on your order! We use Amazon to fulfil our orders so our homes aren’t full to the brim with boxes. Don’t be alarmed when your order arrives in an Amazon box — they have an extremely efficient shipping system that we use to ensure our lovely customers get their parcels exactly as expected, in one piece and not left out in the rain like some delivery services do!

➡️ Please note: When ordering from overseas (outside of the UK), customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product price (subject to inspection) less outbound shipping, return shipping, and any handling fees incurred.

Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (select this option at checkout).

  • International Delivery: Timeframes vary by destination; you will see estimates at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel gets lost in the post or arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at hello@mytravelpal.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following key points from our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • Returns Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Faulty/Damaged Products: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or there is an issue outside of your control, we will refund or replace it at no cost to you — and cover return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or return a non-faulty item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Express and/or international shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable when you change your mind or return a product that is not faulty.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
