Once purchased our team will start working on your order! We then use Amazon to fulfil our orders so our houses aren't full to the brim with boxes so don't be alarmed when your orders arrives in an Amazon box - they have an extremely efficient shipping system that we use to ensure our lovely customers get their parcels exactly as expected, in one piece and not left out in the rain like some delivery services do!

International Shipping: Currently we can ship to: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Bulgaria, Portugal, Austria, United Kingdom, Denmark, Greece, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Cyprus, Romania.

If for any reason your parcel or it gets lost in the post, we must firstly apologise that this has happened and would invite you to contact us on hello@mytravelpal.co.uk so we can resolve the issue! 

UK Shipping takes 3-5 working days as standard. If you do need super fast delivery (1-2 working days) then please select this option at checkout. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy 

If you are reading this you may have probably ordered (or about to order) a product from us... We'd firstly like to thank you for supporting our growing business - we love our customers and we promise to deliver the highest quality products and customer service possible. As you're here, here are some things you probably want to know:  

  • We are not happy unless you are. At times mistakes are made by us, couriers or you may just not want your product or it didn't come as expected. 
  • We completely understand this and as a small growing UK business we want you to be happy no matter the situation. 
  • We are so confident that you'll love your products that we will happily accept your returns within 30 days as long as the product is unused in its original packaging. 
  • If your product turned up damaged, or there is an issue with your product that is outside of your control then of course we will happily refund you without any tears being shed.  
  • You can cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of the item being dispatched, after this point the delivery driver is already on the way and they won't be stopping until they safely deliver your parcel! 
  • Refunds take 5-10 business days to clear in your account once the return is received on our end. We will refund the card that you used to purchase theproduct.  

 Our number one priority is to provide extremely high levels of customer service along with the best product for work, travel, and holidays!
